We have lived in Exton since 2011 and opened The Annex as a holiday rental in April 2019. We love the sense of seclusion we have and the fantastic views we enjoy. We walk and cycle along the Exe Estuary Trail and appreciate having such great transport links. We socialise in Exmouth, Exeter, Lympstone and Topsham and we usually walk, cycle or just hop on the train. Dartmoor and Torbay are just 30-minute's away
